On Thursday 5 May 2022, the Global Rainbow Foundation was visited by the British High Commissioner to Mauritius, H.E. Mrs. Charlotte Pierre.
After taking the time to visit each department at length, she reminded that the UK fully shares GRF’s core values, such as equality, inclusion, that no one should be left behind, and that everyone must be given a chance to fulfil their potential. Finally, the British High Commissioner in Mauritius applauded the commitment of the GRF team to the empowerment and support of people with disabilities.
Some symbolic gifts were given to H.E. Mrs. Charlotte Pierre: 1 mini prosthesis, a painting, and a copy of the book i rise 2021.
