Toastmasters International is a nonprofit educational organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of clubs. Since 1924, Toastmasters International has helped people from diverse backgrounds become more confident speakers, communicators, and leaders.
For nearly 100 years, Toastmasters International has helped millions of people become more confident communicators, public speakers, and leaders. The Toastmasters network of clubs and its learn-by-doing program were created to help individuals gain the skills needed to achieve their personal and professional goals.
Message from Southern African Toastmasters Club: “By participating in the Toastmasters International educational program, the members of the GRF Toastmasters club have access to the Toastmasters International community and will be supported by leaders within the Toastmasters Southern Africa family. Toastmasters Southern Africa represents the 12 Southern African Countries which includes, Angola, Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Malawi, Mauritius, Madagascar, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
“By joining this international community Global Rainbow Foundation shows their continued commitment towards their mission, “to mobilize all available resources from well wishers in Mauritius, Rodrigues, Agalega, India, Senegal and other countries, formulate and coordinate multifarious activities in order to unleash the hidden talents and unexplored potential of persons with disabilities (PWDās) and vulnerable groups. GRF militates for the human rights and inclusion of PWDs.”
