𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟮𝟭 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗺𝗮𝗿 𝗝𝘆𝗼𝘁𝗶 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗵𝗶

Amar Jyoti School, Delhi (AJS, estb. 1981) has been practicing inclusive education in its widest sense for the past 31 years, providing free-of-charge education to an equal number of disabled and non-disabled students since its inception.

GRF has a long standing collaboration with Amar Jyoti since 2014. During my visit to Delhi I visited Dr Uma Tuli( whom I affectionately call the Mother of Inclusive Education Model and reviewed our collaboration with a view to reinforcing it. Amar Jyoti agreed to provide online training to physiotherapists and SEN Teachers and also consider setting up a branch of Amar Jyoti in Mauritius in the field of vocational training for PWDs. GRF India will work closely with Amar Jyoti in its activities in New Delhi. A new MOU will be signed in due course on the new activities and the modalities.
