Lydia Ruprecht – UNESCO
Dear Mr Parsuramen,
When you left UNESCO, we were numerous to feel that the Organization was losing one of its most respected leaders, but I have always known that you would not be really leaving us. Events are proving me right. As we see today, you are pursuing UNESCO’s ideals and comitments to build “peace in the minds of men” through your own channels.
The objectives of the Rainbow Foundation are noble and serving humanity by bringing love and support to the most vulnerable.
It is with great regret that I can’t be with you for this tremendously auspicious moment. In guise of my personal presence for the launch, please accept my most sincere congratulations for the work that you have undertaken leading up to this moment and the great things you will be doing for the women, men and children of your country and beyond.
